These settings apply to the Comments field everywhere it is used. Some also impact the way that data is stored and cannot be changed once data has been created.

Select the Comment type to use for this comment field. Manage the comment types from the administration overview page.
Allowed number of values
This field cardinality is set to 1 and cannot be configured.

This field supports tokens.
Show comment replies in a threaded list.
Enter 0 to show all comments.
Preview comment
Provide a pre-filled value for the editing form.
Default value
The default value for this field, used when creating new content.
Users with the "Post comments" permission can post comments.
Users cannot post comments, but existing comments will be displayed.
Comments and the comment form are hidden from view.
