Add new Contact message form mode

Add to Default shortcuts
 
This text will be displayed on the form mode entities list page.
contact_message.
A unique machine-readable name. Can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores.
Enable this form mode for the following Contact message types:
This form mode will still be available for the rest of the Contact message types if not checked here, but it will not be enabled by default.
