Es wird weiterhin unterstellt, daß Ressourcen endlich sind und der Besitz entsprechender Werte, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund einer krisenhaften Entwicklung von Nominalwerten, auch jenseits von kurz- oder mittelfristigen Schwankungen an den Märkten, erfolgversprechend ist. Der Begriff "Resourcen" soll natürlich zu einem großen Teil den Begriff "Rohstoffe" umfassen, hier jedoch deutlich darüber hinausgehend verstanden werden. Gegenüber vielen ähnlichen Investmentideen soll hier zusätzlich auch die knappe Resource Land betrachtet werden. \r\n \r\n Anlagethemen\r\n Unter dem Begriff „Resourcen“ sollen für das wikifolio folgende Themenbereiche verstanden werden, wobei diese Auswahl vor dem Hintergrund zukünftiger Entwicklungen nicht als ausschließlich zu verstehen ist: \r\n - Abfall- und Entsorgungswirtschaft sowie die Rückgewinnung von Materialien.\r\n - Agrar- und Nahrungsmittelprodukte inklusive Holzwirtschaft und Forstprodukten. \r\n - Energiegewinnung, Energiespeicherung und Distribution sowie Produktion von Anlagen für diese Zwecke. \r\n - Landbesitz, gegebenenfalls auch Immobilienbesitz sowie Bau- und Baustoffindustrie. \r\n - Marine Produkte, hier aktuell Fischereiprodukte und Seetierfarmen sowie Energiegewinnung.\r\n - Minenprodukte, hier insbesondere Edel- und Industriemetalle, Eisenerz, Lithium, Seltene Erden und sonstige Industrierohstoffe. \r\n - Neue Werkstoffe; hier insbesondere zukunftsweisende Produkte der Bioscience, Chemieindustrie und Nanowissenschaft.\r\n - Resourcensparende Fertigungsverfahren inklusive 3D-Druck und Robotik. \r\n - Transport- & Verkehrswesen sowie resourcensparende Mobilitätskonzepte. \r\n - Urwaldnutzung hinsichtlich Forstwirtschaft und Bioscience. \r\n - Wasserwirtschaft. \r\n - Weltraumnutzung. \r\n - Wüstennutzung.\r\n \r\n Nachhaltigkeit \r\n Wenngleich ökologische Aspekte in gewissem Maße Berücksichtigung finden sollen, kann meiner Meinung nach eine Anlageallokation hinsichtlich Ressourcen seriöserweise keine schwerpunktmäßige Investmentauswahl unter dieser wohlwollenden Maßgabe umsetzen. Daher sollen auch keine Ausschlußkriterien formuliert werden. Insbesondere sei auch bemerkt, daß keinerlei Ausschluss von Agrarindizes beabsichtigt ist.\r\n \r\n Anlageinstrumente\r\n Das wikifolio „MonsfortResources“ soll in Aktien und Fonds zu den oben dargestellten Themenbereichen investieren. Zum Bereich Fonds sollen auch ETFs und ETCs inklusive short-Produkten in diesem Anlagesektor gehören. In geringem Umfang mögen auch Short-ETFs auf allgemeine Indizes zur Risikoreduktion Verwendung finden, beispielsweise auf den S&P 500. Als Beimischung mögen offene Immobilienfonds untergeordnet repräsentiert sein. Es können mitunter short- oder long-Exposures auf reine Ressourcen-Indizes eingegangen werden. Gegebenenfalls können auch einschlägige Anlagezertifikate Berücksichtung finden. Direkte Derivatengagements sollen hingegen ausgeschlossen werden. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, daß der Ressourcen-Begriff sehr weit ausgelegt werden soll. Im Sinne der Risiko- und Volatilitätsreduktion sollen auch eher indirekte Investments vorgenommen werden dürfen; beispielsweise könnte hier die Chemieindustrie als Entwickler neuer Werkstoffe oder auch Autowerte als spezialisierte Minimierer von Ressourceneinsatz und hinsichtlich alternativer Antriebe berücksichtigt werden. Auch mögen nur teilweise ressourcenaffine Investments wie diversifizierte Konzerne Berücksichtigung finden. In gleicher Weise können untergeordnet auch breiter streuende Fonds ausgewählt werden, die lediglich nur teilweise und ggf. indirekt das Ressourcen-Thema behandeln; Beispiele wären ökologisch orientierte Fonds oder auch Technologiefonds. \r\n \r\n Anlageprozess \r\n Generell sollen bei der Titelauswahl qualitative vor quantitativen Gesichtspunkten berücksichtigt werden. Die Qualität eines Titels soll sich in diesem Sinne, gerade auch vor dem Hintergrund der aktuell unvorteilhaften Lage von Ressourceninvestments, vor allem in Bezug auf Zukunftsaussichten und erst in zweiter Linie durch aktuelle bilanzielle Größen definieren. Es können daher auch Investments in sehr junge Unternehmen, soweit handelbar, und Unternehmen in Turnaround-Situationen sowie Unternehmen in Schwellenländern in Betracht kommen. Es soll nicht grundsätzlich eine Bevorzugung von Growth- oder Value-Strategie erfolgen, vielmehr soll eine investmentspezifische Sichtweise über die Betrachtungsweise und den zeitlichen Anlagehorizont entscheiden. Die Analyse infrage kommender Titel soll über öffentlich zugängliche Publikationen erfolgen. Diese bottom-up-Sichtweise soll dann idealerweise durch eine folgende Betrachtung von Growth- und Value-, sowie top-down-Aspekten, letztere hinsichtlich Branche/Markt/Region und politischer/gesellschaftlicher Einflußgrößen, zu einer Gesamtbetrachtung hinführen. Es mögen einzelne Anlageentscheidungen nicht unbedingt alle diese Aspekte gleichermaßen berücksichtigen. Das Fondskonzept etwaiger Zielfonds sowie die Qualität des Managements und die Beurteilung der Qualität der in den Fonds eingegangenen Positionen sollen den Schwerpunkt der Analyse hinsichtlich der Auswahl geeigneter Fonds bilden. Selbstverständlich soll auch der track-record / die historische Performance eine wichtige Rolle spielen, wobei hier mittel- bis langfristige Betrachtungszeiträume bevorzugt werden sollen. Diverse Kennzahlen können nachgeordnet in die Betrachtung einbezogen werden. Es soll unterstellt werden, daß die qualitativen Aspekte eher in der Lage sind, zukünftige Potentiale bewerten zu können als die Betrachtung rückwärts gerichteter quantitativer Größen. Zur Recherche sollen öffentlich zugängliche Quellen genutzt werden. Neben allgemeiner wirtschafts- und finanzspezifischer Medienberichterstattung und Internetkommentaren sollen regelmäßig die periodisch publizierten Stellungnahmen und Berichte der Fondsgesellschaften selber untersucht werden.
